Guilty people ALSO get off death row. loopholes in the law, misplaced evidence, missing witnesses. Just because they are aquited doesn't make them innocent. ok i have a few responses to some comments. Beakfast is always served around 3 am. Nothing new there. Also he admitted to shooting jerry chafin for a wallet, shaving kit, and car. He shot and killed this man ONE DAY after being released from the Searcy prison in Arkansas. He talked to this man for 30 mins before he found his gun and killed him. Sounds pretty cold-blooded and precise to me!
