You people are so small minded. His reference to the "you complete me" line is one of the most beautiful in the story. Thats what the whole story is about. Without the joker, there is no batman. Without good there's no evil. They complete each other. "you complete me" ... It's brilliant.

@RadioCity96 In my opinion, the line "you complete ME!" is so powerful and turns you upside down, because we identified with Batman, as a force of good, a "dark" force of good if you want. And when you listen The Joker saying that, "You complete ME!", you realize in that terrifying moment, that all this chaotic and unstoppable force of evil can be part of you, can be related to you and it will be there forever...

Favorite part in the whole movie. :) haha It makes me laugh even though it probably shouldn't! Heath Ledger made the joker and his death is a tragedy. He was one of the best actors around and I realy wish I had seen his movies before he passed. I still connect with every one of the characters he played. He will live on through his movies for generations. RIP Heath. You are missed.

I have a question. When Joker tells Batman the locations he switches them if you pay close enough attention. The adresses are mixed up. Does Batman know this? He tells Gordon to go after Harvey. Does he know that he is sending them to rachel or i she tricked by Joker too?

Batman has no idea joker did this, he knew Batman would go for rachel so what he did was switch the addresses so he could bring down harvey to the level where he went insane (which he did). The death of rachel pushes dent overboard. So then Batman arrives at where he thought rachel would be to find harvey.

what i love that is heath's impression of joker is this.......his mouth.when he talks,he makes this snapping noise with his tounge and i love the way he uses his tounge.he sticks it out like the part when he sticks his head out the window of the cops car with his tounge was out like a dog,that is genius.he's the best joker alive.

@WoofyWoofer123 good points. The reason why he smacks his lips is because, probably unsaid about Joker's background, it's a side affect of taking MAO inhibitors. Basically, schizophrenics in mental institutions are the ones you'll find smacking their lips incessantly. Yet another reason why Heath Ledger was brilliant in this character - he did his homework.
