  • i remember her as tommy pickles and as leslie (phoebe's ex-singing partner) from friends

  • LOVE IT!

  • "Thief of Hearts" movie! The second song in the sound track record! :)

  • Super song....Daily was in Pee wee's big Adventure with Pee Wee Herman....This song rocks.

  • Summer in Montreal...the feelings of desire and passion in this classic dance track. Love it still.

  • Does anyone remember a club in Balham High Road called Touch in 1986 and seeing Ms EG perform there?

  • Why Madonna was ever more popular than E.G. in the 80's is beyond me. E.G. could sing much better, and she's way hotter. Anyway, thanks for posting this. One of my fav songs by Daily with a beautiful video to match.

  • Céline Dion did that song in a french language version on her first grown up album INCOGNITO called "Délivre-moi" ... Love both versions.. thank you for posting!!

  • This was a song in the 1984 (Gawd Im getting old) movie "Thief of Hearts", which was my favorite movie for years, for SOME reason, probably because of Steven Bauer. David Caruso was a newbie in this and has a famous line in the movie.." She gives *%&# like a &*#$%^@&^...yada yada, lol, this was probably the first "Cougar" movie ever with Brabara Williams playing the part perfectly

  • @HunterDillonCole One of my faves of that era too!!!

  • Attagirl, Dotty. She was fanTAStic in the film Dogfight.

  • oh my god I bought this on vinyl when it was released and stil have it and still play it!!! this woman desrved so much more fame and cah than she got!!! great artist and singer!! Rob :)

  • omg takes me back to my young days re release this plzzzzzz x

  • likwthis ifu noticed that when she screams she sounds just like Tommy

  • I remember it being played between "Bobby Orlando - She has a way" and "Divine's Native Love" Great memories of the 80's!!!

  • @loumiss1964 Divine's 'Native Love', wow, that takes me back. Had to order the import, 'Greatest Hits' and waa-iitt...

  • Haha I was thinking 'where did you see a guy named Tommy Pickles?' but then I remembered she did the voice for that animation movie. Long time ago, I saw her doing those voices on TV and that's where I first met her. I even have an album from a second hand store. I really love her voice.

  • Damn she's got ass. 0:28

  • just the best thanks for the post

  • GUYS! CHECK OUT ROBERT BROWN'S VERSION! THE GUY FROM BEARFORCE 1!!!!!!!!!!! AN ANTHEM FOR 2010!!!!

  • One of the best singles to be released in the 80,s Gay anthems don't get any bigger than this gem. FANTASTIC!!!!

  • @loumiss1964 I suppose this song DOES sound like something you'd hear in a gay club, right after the latest Pamela Stanley song and before Miquel Brown....

  • @shmuli9 Totally a gay club track. Harold Fatermeyre produced or wrote it.

  • @weezerz Interesting... it sounds more like something Giorgio Morodor might have done... When I think of Harold producing other people I think of "The Heat Is On" and "Stir It Up"...

  • @shmuli9 Actually, now that I am awake, I can spell. Harold Faltermeyer was actually involved with Giorgio Moroder co-writing "Sunset People" and "Walk Away" on Donna Summer's "Bad Girls".

  • @weezerz My fave song by Donna was "Dim All the Lights". As for spelling, it seems that there is something about this site that almost encourages typos. It's like letters get transposed or deleted... Weird, eh? I had this 45, but I had no idea it was heavily played in ANY clubs, but I guess it DOES have a good beat, and one can dance to it...

  • Hey legrandnjClassicSoul, have this album, getting ready to discard record player & album plays fine as I hardly played it because I only liked say it say it. Only now come to enjoy these other you tube videos.

  • i can't believe i've come across this tune......one of my ALL time faves from a misspent youth growing up in the 80s......dancing to this with a bottle of poppers up my nose and my eye and the 'pull' for the night.......great days, the best, thanks soooooo much for this posting.....!!

  • @jcplon66 Badass! ; )

  • Who knew Tommy Pickles could sing like this?? :)

  • I second you hairburger62 (except I loved her since the early 80's). I Love here. I bought this album and even have a back up CD, just in case!

  • Regret not picking up this album (yes, vynil) from a junk shop several years ago --@ 2 bucks and un-wrapped. The album is a classic if you have it. Her debut.

  • Epic!

  • I have loved E.G since the late 70's. Supreme voice & acting tolent!
