TVTropes: "Black Country Woman" begins with the sound of a plane passing overhead (the band were recording outside) and Robert Plant chuckling. Engineer Eddie Kramer can be heard saying "Should we roll it, Jimmy?" in the background, then "Oh, lemme get this airplane off!", and then Plant audibly replies, "Nah leave it." before launching into the song.
this music, this singing is so spontaneous, so unrehearsed, so unproduced, so fantastic--the music churned out by the "musicians" today just sounds like pure garbage in comparison. Wow! I'm glad I was born in the '60's!!!
well that's alright, I know your sister too. lmao! Some dude used that line on a friend of mine.....it was classic, because it was true. She went psycho on his ass. lol You have to love the Zep!
@cleverlouanne that is friggin' funny.....i use lines from Zeppelin all the time and my wife doesn't have a clue on what i'm talking about....like, squeeze my lemon and let the juice run down my leg....or , don't tell me no lies...the list goes on ...lol
@MrIAN1077....are you serious she doesn't have a clue??? Didn't she ever listen to Zeppelin? Well, all I can say is you must have a blast all the time. lol
@llHuckleBuddyll I always imagined them sitting by a lakeshore, with Bonzo tied up on his drum throne struggling to get out of the rope... then at 1:33 he gets his right foot free... still struggling he finally gets his right arm free at 2:11... then eventually the bonds can't restrain him at 2:23 and he just goes completely medieval on them.
@ScooterandSparky great imagery...loved the breakdown...i'm on a Bonzo kick right now going through these songs...that's how i ended up here...this song and all of disc 2 have awesome moments.
probly their best album!!!

On that day everyone must flag, leave a negative comment and dislike the video.

c'mon, who's the one dislike? has to be just someone playing games. you don't even have to be able to hear to like this. you can feel this one.

I wonder if Carter Beauford soaked up Bonzo's playin' style while workin' on perfecting his own skill.
