There are a few misdirected but seemingly logical points here for a position I understand -- AND let's take sprawl. Easy. Santa Barbara begins at 154 and ends at Coast Village -- Gaviota is not under city council's jurisdiction, it's under the county's. Where would we sprawl? and how does it relate to recycling? We don't have room to grow beyond our borders and have NO say about what happens in the County of SB.
You know nothing about sprawl if you think it is limited by city boundaries.
