When i first got the form in Agraba I thought i may've caused a glitch in the game.

I thought, "oh no, mom's gonna be pissed!"

@Robbase231 no. from what i have heard and it has been said ALOT so it could be true. anti-sora is 2 things. 1 being sora having the ability to turn into a heartless for a period of time but having no idea on how to use it constantly (in regards of kingdom hearts 1 when he turns into a heartless) and because of roxas finally returning to him and roxas having slight power over darkness sora's heartless form became stronger. the sencond reason is punishment for people who spam the forms. :)

Venitas and Ventus went into sora as a kid

Sora assumed the appearance of venitas with brown hair and blue eyes

Sora IS Vanitas, Ventus/Roxas is keeping him from reviving his master

When Sora split up, his body became Roxas, and he turned from shadow into Sora

Sora was not in his body in castle Oblivion

Roxas is Ventus's portion of the three fold spirit of Sora (Venitas, Ventus, Sora)

Xion was the Nobodies attempt to Control Venitas/Sora

@Robbase231 well sorry to burst your bubble but: Vanitus i don't think actually ever went into soras heart. ventus was in soras heart. and because of sora splitting his heart it resulted in him turning into a heartless. Roxas having no body to go to (because apparently sora's body was out of his reach or something) took the form of another heart that was inside of sora and because of this made ven's heart go inside roxas' body.

I was under the impression that Venitas took over Ventus, then they were defeated and this spirit bubble thing made up of both of them went into sora. A similar thing happened to Terra, since he was taken over by Xehanort.

@Robbase231 well if i remember in the story vanitas was defeated by ven and disappeared or something... he died is the simplest answer for it. then what was the rest of ven's heart found it'self a new home. sora was apparently the best heart for him to stay in because of so little darkness in his heart or something that they didn't really answer yet. and terra? i never really looked into him that much so all i know is he's a boss in kh2fm and khbbs.

@nemesis0778 He may have been defeated, but you know as well as I do that dying doesnt mean jack in anime or japanese games, especially in a story that revolves around a person dying and becoming two separate entities, a heartless and a nobody.

Heres the reason sora didnt go evil when he became a heartless (its sappy). Kairi jumpstarted sora's memories when she hugged him, repressing venitas for the time being. I am really building a theory of what the true KH3 is going to be about, cant wait!

@Robbase231 And Xion was just the organization's attempt on getting full control over the keyblade or in the least have 2 keyblade wielders to speed up their work. the fact that vanitas looks like sora is apparently mere coincedence. where do i get this inormation? look up the kingdom hearts wikipedia site. this site explains all of the story plot in kingdom hearts some articles are even made by the creators themselves.

As for Xion, I do not discount it was an attempt to gain control over the Keyblade. That is why Venitas was Created, to have a keyblade master under xehanort control. The method that was used to create Venitas was the same for Xion, if you notice they even have similar charactaristics (like shadow black hair)

There's a point system for the anti form. The game doesn't show it, but it does keep track. You get one point for each time you use Valor, Wisdom, and Master forms and lose 10 each time you use Final form. Your points go to zero each time you gain a new form. The more points you have, the more likely it is that you will get the anti form. There's no way to make it happen when you want it to, but you can increase your chances by not using Final form.

Kingdom hearts never explained why he becomes that form but what i think why he becomes this is when in Kingdom hearts 1 when sora became a heartless, some of that darkness is still in his heart and gets released because of some effect his Drive form suit releases

I think every time you go into drive form the game records it, and actually keeps an "anti count". When it reaches certain numbers the result will be that the next time you try to go into a drive form you change into anti instead.
