most video evidence is hard to take seriously to prove things because people can alter footage like this video. did the person that make alter it himself? did the original reporters alter it? or is the guy making the video just for attention?

What about the engine that crashed on the corner of a street near the WTC and was cordoned-off with yellow police ribbon?
I think one video shows something like an engine fall off.
