The woman your talking about is Countess Elizibeth Bathory it isn't certain that she bathed in the blood of her victims but she and another woman killed over 300 girls in the 1600's. Elizibeth wasn't a queen, and she hated mirrors so if bloody mary is real i don't believe it is the ghost of her.
