I've always liked this version better than the original, VH did a great job with this version, I definitely agree you never hear Mick Jagger/David Bowie's version of this song on the radio at all, that was also a good cover tune.

This is one of my favorites. It's a nice break from the relentless tapping from Eddie (I didn't say I didn't like it, but it's nice to show some variety), and a great cover of a classic song. David Lee Roth COMPLETELY nailed the singing on this song.

So far as I know, no. There are multiple videos of the orginal verison, but I have yet to find a video of Van Halen doing it.
