So nice to watch this tribute to a great lady. I had the privilege of knowing her and studying with her. All of us who play the organ have such a debt of gratitude to people like Catherine Crozier and Harold Gleason for their hard work, teaching, playing, research and publishing. It is so important to have these recordings and videos of master performers. Thanks for uploading this.
@ aricmm: The very first organ recital I ever attended (at age 12) was a dedication of a new organ in my hometown. It was Wilma Jensen! I guess we are all connected on some level. {:-)
She was Wilma Jensen's teacher. I studied organ with Wilma and heard about Catherine's teaching style. I heard Catherine play once, at WSU, and it was great. Very musical, precise and colorful.
My teacher studied with her. Awesome!

She was such a good organist. I hope I'll be able to play half that well at 87. I wish there was more of her here on youtube, she was the best!

Catherine Crozier was so musical. She played so beautifully, and retained her musicality right up to her death at 87. Amazing!
