So I'm confused lol, if you are in the present and someone goes to the past and destroys say, a building, do you suddenly see that building dissapear on your screen?

Ah, right. So if he attacks in the past first, you have to spend more chronoenergy to counterattack than he had to to attack in the first place. Attacking first still is advantageous to a point, as long as you don't need to undo the attack you made.

On a side note, is there anything on the time map that clues you in to changes that have been made that are still propagating forward that aren't damage/production-based? (Like issuing simple commands.)
