people freak out about this stuff too much. as long as you dont hold it for more than a few seconds after hes out and as long as you dont do it over and over and over again theres nothing wrong with it. ive been choked out in jujitsu a couple times
i remember when i was in Jr. high and i walked into the bathrooms one day and these kids were taking hard deep breaths and then doing that (idiots), oh you know i told on them lol
