Nice review. I have Megs too, the reason you guy is shorter than Prime is becuz you need to extend his legs. If you look on the inside of his legs he has a slider of some sort. The hand grip of the gun which are his legs should slide down and the grey marker will be at the top of the slider. His elbows also extend which you didn't do. I flip out his hands b4 extending his elbows. Just be a little careful. He looks so much better fully transformed.
