this gun is awesome nice rof realy nice fps.I chalange a firend with m60 with 420 fps and the range and power was the same.Planning to buys some scope and sight.I use for the first time 0,2 bbs but they flying like hell you need at least 0.25 or 0.28.Planning to put a lipo 7,4V in it.Dont put 11,2V lipo unlees you got good upgrade you will damage the gun with that rof but 7,4 is ok.I got one problem the bbs somehow get stuck in the gun sometime you can get them out but its annyoing.

This gun is alright stock, but you need to replace the shitty piston, as jg guns come with shitty polycarbonate pistons, I took mine out and put in a good aluminum piston and piston head with a triple air seal, insuring good compression. Mine shoots around 470fps with all the nice upgrades in it, and I modified the battery compartment to take my 9.6volt lipoly battery.

This gun is horrible, Don't buy it, it's a waste of 200 dollars, and I think they completely strip the flash hider so stupid kids won't take it off and void their warranty. In jing gong guns, the pistons are horrible, and they come either way too greasy or with almost no grease, I honestly wouldn't buy this thing again, it's awful. ROF is pretty low too.

One, a flash hider can be attacted if your not retarded and 2 a piston is not that hard to replace and greasing a gearbox takes about 5 mins. So, your reasons for hating it are easy to fix things? Come on dude Also, Rof isn't a huge deal if you can aim

the louder, the more realistic, the better...in my opinion. It's said that the gun has a "low" ROF. Normally that means, that the time between pulling the trigger and the actual shot is a little bit longer. Is that the case with that gun, or does it fire upon pulling the trigger?

This gun is both exceptionally loud and soft. Its REALLY loud to the user because the bullpup design of the Steyr puts the gearbox right at the check rest. But, the AUG A3 is quite quiet compared to other AEGs.

The length of the inner barrel in 509mm by-the-way. It's the standard full-size barrel for assault rifles; both the M16 and AUG and several other full length ARs have 509mm barrels.

Yep, after a bit of use the spring will settle in to it's normal power. If that's still too powerful you can replace the spring with a less powerful one or snip off a few coils

just a note to anybody with this gun, i thought the hex screw holding the flashhider on was stripped, actually there is a thin layer of glue over the key (at least on mine). what i did was hold a lighter to the screw for 5 sec, (it wont burn the gun or paint) and this softens the glue then you can unscrew it right away and it will stay easy to unscrew.

Really? The ROF on mine is pretty nice stock. I put in in a 7.4v LIPO, and it is like a fucking Minigun. As for the distance, the hop has some issues, but once you dial it right, mine shoots pretty far.

Dude.. I have an A3 and if you don't get a lypo battery then the gun might suck because it comes with a shitty battery. a tight bore barrel a good scope and this thing will "rip!" trust me, my A3 shoots high 400's..

Really? Well if it's glued on, you can heat the Flash hider with a blow dryer for a minute and slowly turn it(Use a screw driver or something to add torque). It should 'give', but DON'T force it! If it won't give, then you can swap the outer Barrel I guess.
