@MitchellBeazley Beat the game on normal first. That's really it. Now if you want the Chicago Typewrite,r aka the Tommy Gun, to go along with it, beat Ada's side mission (Separate Ways) to unlock. However, you have to have 1,000,000 ptas to buy it from the merchant once you start your new round. Special one is Leon's mobster/Ashley's armor costume.
