I would get just as much out of reading a newspaper, it's no big deal, interesting but ultimately useless. Some of his therapies were interesting back in the 80s but now not so useful, we have moved on.
One day you might wake up, see this for what it really is, it's a start like anything else but not as good as the real thing.

There are different levels in which one understands the teachings of OSHO and the depth of reality. All of these levels flow together deeply and are important, however in order to understand fully one must start by understanding these teachings one level at a time. Yes, you don't understand fully until you experience, but one must play with these ideas before anything really happens. Saying "you can't understand" Is very limiting. ANYONE can understand, but they must start somewhere.
Enlightenment cannot be fully understood until experienced, but perhaps even a shred of understanding, even if it is a minor sentance is enough to spark interest for some one to seek a new path, but without a clouded mind of doubt, questions, miss interpritations, thoughts of the past, and worrys of the future. perhasp in his own way, osho was able to simplify buddism for a society that has been cloased minded and corrupted over centuries.

I would get just as much out of reading a newspaper, it's no big deal, interesting but ultimately useless. Some of his therapies were interesting back in the 80s but now not so useful, we have moved on.
One day you might wake up, see this for what it really is, it's a start like anything else but not as good as the real thing.

thanks for the vid, im a fan of osho but i think i know exactly what your saying (but maybe i understand you wrong ha) This guy is saying that the words people speak about their experiences do not reveal the slightest bit of their experience because the words enter your brain and are interpreted completely different to how to they meant to convey those words. Its impossible to grab their reality by the balls and see their their eyes. But Hermit, Osho is pointing us the right direction no?

Yes want you say is true. And it goes hand in hand with OSHOs main teaching of finding your own original path. You have clearly experienced this yourself! OSHo teaches that a good teaches inspires you to your own path, and that your teachers truth is not your truth. His understanding is not yours, by what you are saying you are proving his tactic to be correct. Right on!

There are different levels in which one understands the teachings of OSHO and the depth of reality. All of these levels flow together deeply and are important, however in order to understand fully one must start by understanding these teachings one level at a time. Yes, you don't understand fully until you experience, but one must play with these ideas before anything really happens. Saying "you can't understand" Is very limiting. ANYONE can understand, but they must start somewhere.

Enlightenment cannot be fully understood until experienced, but perhaps even a shred of understanding, even if it is a minor sentance is enough to spark interest for some one to seek a new path, but without a clouded mind of doubt, questions, miss interpritations, thoughts of the past, and worrys of the future. perhasp in his own way, osho was able to simplify buddism for a society that has been cloased minded and corrupted over centuries.

Osho was man to simply give people a sense of real purpose. whether you may believe in it, or think its retarded, osho's choice of life and his admiration to inspire all who he encountered was harnless, joyful, and a true example of a wise man just seeking to set an example. it does not matter if we did not fully understand him, but he inspired us enough to make us want to understand which is all we can ask for..

I do not wish to make a full judgement of this guy, but i do hope one day he is able to find some sort of salvation and hope in his life. it is a shame his own choice of existence has led him to a point of no belief in hope, enlightenment, peace.but instead he seems to ask A LOt of questions of a society that has endless questions.as far as im concerned it is not up to us to judge ones belief or choice of existence, but instead look at our selves and set an example to inspire change .
