I hate it when people mistakes free running for parkour and the other way around... It's so lame. Look up the differences. Like when I am looking for good parkour videos, all I am finding is free running. It bugs the hell out of me! The only PURE video I've found is called Parkour Literally. Searh for it here on youtube. Parkour and Freerunning is not the same thing !
