Helmets are mandatory for all youths under 16 yrs old in Texas when riding bulls. I am pretty sure that law will make its way to some other states soon enough.

i noticed almost all the bull riders rode way over the front instead of front to back and they always blew there spurs trust me thats a recipe for head knocking
