@boodieman72: Don't know about where you come from, but here is the UK Hot Water Extraction and Steam Cleaning are one in the same thing. ie... HWE is known by 'steam cleaning' (even though stricly it's not). So I reckon it must be the same for Cananda, hence his reference to 'steam cleaning'.
