i have version 1.1 and i dont think i will be able to install version 1.2 because its not a purchased game, so will that work ?

yes you can install the mod

if you have installed the m2tw patchs

(1.2- to 1.3)

then all you need to do is to go total war center & go to the m2tw section

that's where you'll find everything you need to know to install this mod
