I wish that there were English subtitles on this clip. I would love to learn more about the Japanese royal family (but I don't know any Japanese). In the West, we don't hear much about them.

From what I can tell, it looks like the young princess visited the children who are performing a similar song to the one she performed when she was younger. Around 1:25 she looks like she is in disbelief that she was that young or performed the song.

its actually a concert held by the kids in her school for the parents. the school is called gakushuin
