It was pouring, thundering, lightning outside. It blacked out a bit during the evening. There's only lightning outside. I'm extremely scared of the dark. Throughout the whole time, this song played in my head. It definitely calms me down knowing that God will always be my Light in the darkness and I have Him with me at all times. @mthoe1 Thank you so much. It will be a year on October 2nd that the Lord took my beloved husband Home - He had Pancreatic Cancer. We were married for 32 years last September 30th and had our vows renewed at our home on that day. He died two days later. The Hospice nurse told me he would get through that day because of his love for me but the next day I would see a drastic change. I will always cherish that in my heart. Cannot wait to be reunited with him in Heaven.

We keep talking about renewing our vows, but it is expensive. I just want it done before I pass away. I hold on to the hope of God because that is how I have made it this long. I heard this song for the first time in church this morning - what an amazing song. I was sitting there with tears in my eyes thinking of my husband who passed away last October. Absolutely beautiful.

@babsy1940 may The Lord be with you sister and may he give you the strength to accept this huge loss in your life and may God guide you each and everyday and lead you with his powerful hand through this world full of pain and sorrow. soon dear all this will come to an end and the Lord will bring us into a new and perfect home. a home with neither sorrow nor pain nor death.

@mthoe1 Thank you so much. It will be a year on October 2nd that the Lord took my beloved husband Home - He had Pancreatic Cancer. We were married for 32 years last September 30th and had our vows renewed at our home on that day. He died two days later. The Hospice nurse told me he would get through that day because of his love for me but the next day I would see a drastic change. I will always cherish that in my heart. Cannot wait to be reunited with him in Heaven.

@babsy1940 I am so sorry for your loss. I have been suffering Ovarian Cancer since Jan 17th, 2011 and I don't know what I would do without my spouse. We keep talking about renewing our vows, but it is expensive. I just want it done before I pass away. I hold on to the hope of God because that is how I have made it this long. I will always fight because I have to much to lose if I don't. Your story was very inspiring for me. Thank you!
