It is important that this corrupt organisation is challenged effectively. cafcass are a very dangerous organisation but this is only because of how some of their staff conduct themselves.

Carol Goodman, Head of Service North East, arrogant, deceitful, inherently racist and fully supports criminal acts of harassment perpetrated by those she supervises.

I am a very loving father who dearly misses his son. Cafcass doctor my letters, and dont give them to him if i refer to the following, not to tell him I love him, not to refer to ever seeing him again, not to ask about his education, not refer to his toys that I keep for him, Cant tell him he is special, Cant refer to anything I am doing in my life, that I miss him, etc the list is endless. You may not believe me, but I assure you these SS people are the child abusers, they are like the gestapo!

This is a standard tactic to break the bonds between you and your child.

Put messages up on facebook. or even youtube.

Don't let them break the bonds.

tell your child you've made a video, if he looks for it, he'll find your messages to him.

don't let them break those bonds - go under the radar. side step them. put this in the public domain so your child will find them, mabye in 5 years time, but then he'll see what you always wanted to say to him.

thank you for that. Can you put me in touch with some solicitors or an organization that will help me fight Cafcass? My solicitor doesnt seem to want to get involved in challenging them. Is it because he is part of the court system and goes along with the SS? Is there someoneout there who can help me? someone who is a specialist in Cafass ways and tactics? im AT MY WITS END!! These evil people are destroying my relationship with my wonderful son, its breaking my heart. How do i get justice?

No solicitors will tackle CAFCASS, and everyone knows (even OFSTED) how corrupt, incompetent or systemly failing they are.

@onlylexus hi caffcass are totally corrupt and work with coram who r an adoption agency,try william bache and co solicitors salisbury on 01722713370,if your still involved in court,you will find 95% of the solicitors are useless they will stitch u up,also try fathers 4 justice and families 4 justice just google them and ask for a mckenzie freind to help u,dont trust cafcass,also google parent alienation practice.good luck and keep fighting

@missdimples1982 I have had a final hearing. I was not listened to at all. I was given contact for two hours a month, and forced to pay £50 + expenses for the privelige.I am still not allowed any information about my sons education nor anything about him, these tactics are to force me to give up, im sure. I feel entirely empty and debased, they have taken all my dignity and forced a loving son from his father. Can anyone out there put me in touch with any MP, ANYONE! that is prepared to help!

yes, they want you to give up, but of course, make video's on youtube.

Go underground and trace your son.

Track his education.

Read up on ANPR - they track car registration movements and hold the data for 5 years.

If the case is public law, then contact john Hemming MP - google for justice for families.

Families need fathers might be a good avenue if you're a dad.

They're emotionally abusing families.

They provide the English Legal System with a cheap, quick fix type justice for children and families going through the maelstrom of divorce. They DON'T REALLY CARE about morals or principles, they don't care about what is REALLY in the best interests of the child. It is so much easier and CHEAPER to "go with the flow" and follow "wishes" even if these wishes are ill perceived by the child.

The bottom line really is ECONOMY, Justice has no place in the Family Courts with Cafcass.

I would not have believed that such a corrupt Agency as Cafcass could exist in Britain today, they are reminiscent of the Victorian workhouses. Cafcass are staffed by social workers with limited intelligence. Think of your case.

Ask them how many cases over the past 3 years:

1. How many cases in total have CAFCASS officers have overruled the opinion of the child.

1.1. What was the gender of the officer that went against the wishes of the child.

2. Where CAFCASS have gone against the wishes of the child, was the child immediately placed in the care of:

2.1 The mother

2.2 The father

2.3 Foster carers

2.4 A care home

Your feelings of panic are normal. This is how the SS operate. They cause you maximum distress in the hope that you will play into their hands.

You're with friends. One step at a time.

If you want to find your local SS, you search under your town. If for example that was Liverpool (random guess), you'll get all the government councils for Liverpool. Liverpool council, Liverpool University, Liverpool NHS.

You select the Council for your local Social workers.

Ask for the numbers of children taken over a 3 year period, broken down by year and reason.

Then you'll know the extent of adoptions and care orders by your council - and "how" they persuade the judge to adopt these kids

2. Sign in or sign up (to register)

3. View Authorities (they're sorted in alphabetical order). or under headings such as CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, then listed. If you go for CENTRAL GOVERNMENT

Under the first listing will be "attorney Generals Office", the second one is the "CABINET OFFICE".

4. As you select Attorney Generals office, the first heading will say "MAKE AN NEW FOI".

5. You type it in, the same as a text comment on Youtube. It's that easy.
