I've got one, and each time that i try and upload vids to my pc it say something about a codec is required, but i have installed everything that come on the 2 discs that were included. please can somebody help?

yeah... here is the solution... listen... take de number of the cam (example SC-MX10A) then go to the samsung page, and downloand, look for the cam model and find the support files, and there is the codecs... hohoohoho =)

I sorted it out about 3 weeks ago, and can't remember how I did it. My friend helped me, he knows a lot about a lot. sorry. I have no clue about anything. I think you could try un-installing all of the software, then re-installing it again.

obviously you can use windows movie maker. from what iv heard it is not that great. yeah you can use a microphone the internal one is very good.

thanks, but what I mean is if Windows Movie Maker SUPPORT the MPEG4 format recorded by the camera... and if we can connect a EXTERNAL microfone. (but I know already we can not connect a microfone)

i own this camera. you would have to convert the file type. but the one it comes with is way better, it is a 70 dollar software. ranked number one, above pinnacle (3) and some other ones. obviously when they ranked it, they weren't including like, 600 dollar ones or anything. haha

lucky, i bought mine for 250. haha. hey, i have a video called clues, and i used this camera to film it, so if you want to see the quality and stuff, go ahead and check it out. cause i'm guessing they used amazing cameras to film this, not the mx10

the mx10 has that round-size keys in the ad. there must be different versions with different key designs for different countries.
