Looks great Lila. What does cooked chestnut in this recipe taste like?

@eateastIndian It's a water chestnut, different from a chestnut. But they're crunchy and yummy!

@eateastIndian The water chestnut has a very light, slightly sweet flavor, but the bacon overrides this a bit. It still has a great crunch which adds to the texture. Thank you so much for watching :)

We always have rumaki for an appetizer on Thanksgiving and Christmas. Instead of chicken we use wild duck my Brother in law shoots. I hate wild duck and would never be able to choke them down if it weren't for that bacon.

I may give these a try using chicken because then the whole thing would taste good.
