I've seen videos on the "black" prisons in China. They can take you in for ANYTHING and hold you INDEFINITELY.

The particular video that got me was just sad. The government had a bunch of people protesting the buying up of homes and removing people from mass areas just to build for the Olympics in a black prison with no sign of ever being released.
