All b.s. aside, if you think about hurting yourself PLEASE TALK to someone about it. Depression is not something to be embarresed about, it can be treated without drugs (legal or otherwise). It's linked to the amount of serotonin your brain producess and to experiances you've had. A good therapist or self help group can do alot of good even if you think you're beyond help. Everybody has the right to happiness in their life, as cliched as it sounds.

unfortunately his suicide mirrors what happens to many addicts. He killed himself a week after escaping a rehab center. Addicts in general suffer heavier then normal depression and when a drug like heroin begins leaving your system your serotonin levels are at extremely low levels so people who suffer from depression are going to be doubly worse when they begin comming off drugs. Kurt left detox after only 2 days when addicts are at their most vulnerable. self loathing can lead to drugs/suicide.
