@84NmG This car (with the number 0). He goes before the drivers and checks whether the route is safe, if fans do not stand too close to the road or in the wrong places. He did not take part in the competition. Sorry for my bad english

coolest form of autosport, i have been to the IRC rally in Ypres last year and it was fantastic. You can have a chat with the drivers before the race. And get real close to the racing itself.
