@ditt0nee there's no film, and the differences are: the time in anime sets before the time in manga, and the characters are kinda different, the place though is the same.

lol..REALLY LOL..When i first watched this episode like 2 days ago.i thought that guys very important and that guy and girl was cool.they got a boss looks pretty genius..but when 5 min before episode ends that 5 minute all of them..i was like WTF...ok is it?.....2 sec later again..WTF...but after i finished gae-rei zero it was really awesome and kind of anime for sure..

At first I hated how much of a troll the first episode was, but then I realized that it actually had the balls to attempt to sell the initial cast (posters, TV spots, etc.).

Not to mention that it actually ended up being pretty awsome.
