  • It sound's like you are talking about me.

  • Hey UGWellness: What do you think about eating a lot of fruits, like bananas and pineapples?

  • Loved this video! so much useful information!!

  • this helped so much. i mostly knew all of it already, but it just polished off a few things and clarified it all, really. thanks!

  • Thanks for the information! This video was very informative.

  • He re-posted this video from a while back.

  • So this is why men with diabetes get sexual dysfunction!!

  • WE LOVE YOU SEAN.

  • hi loved your vid but could you please answer my question about your feelings on orlistat or "ALLI" the fat blocker diet aid. It will block so much fat from being digested and if you have too much it will be elimanated through your bowels with a fat greasy type of stool. They recommend for me not to eat more than 19 grams of fat per meal and to stick within a 1900 calorie diet daily as I weight around 250. I dont wanna be doing hard to myself so any opinions?

  • @chrissys31 ya it does say on the bottle u must take a multivitamin at night as it will reduce some important vitamins in your body so i do, do that. I have noticed I have been losing alot of hair when washing dont know if im losing weight too fast or what. My dr. told me to take Folate and biotin to help so i got some to add to my multivitamin consumption daily. Please can you do a vid on alli or its prescription form which is higher mg called "Zenical" thanks very much.

  • @chrissys31 Fat has little to do with your weight, other than the amount of calories in it. I would never tell someone to take Alli. Even if your doctor said so I would get a second or third opinion. Just stop eating the fat if fat is an issue.

  • @MerkabaStar well actually for years I would try to lose weight and have never had it fall off like it is now. I have never really consumed tons of fatty foods but with this alli I have noticed weight being lost. My doctor has told me about it and tons of friends so I didnt just go right out n get it right away. I did my research but i just wanted to know what underground wellness's Sean thought about it. He might have info to tell me that I have never heard about it?

  • @chrissys31 If you can't lose weight then you either 1: have a metabolic malfunction or 2. You don't know what to eat and in what amounts. and probably cutting fat too low like everyone else does. What are you going to do when you stop taking alli? Plus it screws natural vitamin absorption from the drop that's left nowadays in our shitty non rich soil management. Our food already doesn't have half the nutritional value it had 50 years ago.

  • @chrissys31 ya know i think you are totally right what your saying actually, i havent taking alli now for about a mth. everything i was eating lately it seemed like it wasnt agreeing with my body. Alli did help me lose BUT I do think if i would have just cut down calorie intake years ago i could have done it on my own. I lose 55lbs with alli and yes i do know its not good for you far as vitamins you lose because after starting alli for almost a yr now everytime i wash my hair i was losing it!

  • thank you for breaking all this down for us! more education is motivational =)
