Yes this might be "Michael Feintein's song" and I love the way he does it but I think Betty did just as GOOD OF A JOB with a different interuptation ! Not all songs have to be sang in the same tempo/ the same way etc. That's what defines and makes each individual performer the performer they are ! (for you "critiics" think outside the box once in ahwile....it won't hurt)
I saw her in Sunset Boulevard, which she was great in. Her piercing voice was amazing in that. I think she is best in the context of a show.

What a joy to see her perform! I love her rendition of this song. The original is too slow and sappy. This one is perfection!

nice voice - but her interpretation of this song seems SO off the mark! (see Michael Feinstein version instead)
But I'll sure look to listen to more of Ms. Buckley's music, she seems outstanding.
