The first after picture of Haifa is a before picture and she looks better then. Most of these people look like they've had surgery because photoshop and makeup really makes a difference. Personally I think unphotoshopped pictures are more beautiful like the first one of Kim Kardashian.

People have the right to know whatever they want to their body. Why should it bother you if some girl's ruining her face because of constant operations. She thinks she's getting prettier and the doctor's are making more money. Win win for them, and it has no affect on you so why not let it be?

Not all people abuse this procedure, only very insecure people do.
