  • Look up gall bladder flush, there are lots of videos about this and benefits people get from it. Hope you found out about this. I agree it was the gallbladder, and it was because of the FAT in the avocado.

  • Your pain was more than likely gallstones. I went on a Raw food diet a couple years ago and when I went off the diet and ate food with fat it set off an attack. I ended up having to have my gallbladder removed. My doctor told me that he had seen this before in people who start eating real good and then have something high in fat. I know it may be too late for you to see this post. But I hope you get/got it all worked out. I have loved your videos. We are starting the fast in a week.

  • definitely gallstones! I had the same thing happen to me, I wish you were there to explain it to the doctor for me, because that was sooo my experience! when you detox, your body releases those stones, in some cases! they don't bother you while in the gall bladder, but when it tries to push through, OMG! I had to get my GB removed, I wish I didn't, and just tried to let it pass, because the result is that I have to eliminate after eating (whether home or not) and I'm not a fan of public toilets!

  • Hey, I think you had a good point about easing off the fast by mimicking the way a baby begins solid foods. Maybe all the raw bulk (fiber) from the fruits and vegetables you ate sent you into a tale spin of really bad gas. Fiber can do that to you, especially if you haven't been breaking down raw fibers. Maybe eating soft veggies that have been steamed and pureed would be a better bet or smoothies?? (that's kinda what babies eat) Be interesting to see if that's better...Sorry to hear

  • When I had my worst gallstone attack, the nurse that admitted me said that avacados while healthy, are one of the fattiest foods you can eat.

  • It sounds like possibly a gallstone. Though I never personally had an attack like that.

  • that was gas buddy! probably woulda hurt ur hynee to rip that one! ouch! :) high five for the weight loss!

  • I think that your Idea could be possible, but I think that it was actually just gas! Since I have had my son I had issues with this at times I can literally be just sitting, and suddenly I have extreme pain(worse than having my son without pain medications) It starts in my stomach area and then suddenly my whole body hurts starting from my back up. I had this happen twice before I finally called my mom, she said she also had the same issue. She gave me some chewy type gas x/Instant Relief!

  • Just now found these videos, so maybe you've figured this out by now, but this REALLY sounds like a gallbladder attack to me, and was probably caused by the nuts. Have you had any attacks since then? I had gallbladder attacks after I had my son, but healed it naturally and avoided a cholecystectomy. I found you because I'm planning to start the juice fast in a few weeks.

  • It is really important to remove possible food intolerances from your diet, especially if you've just gone 60 days without these... For example, glutenous grains, dairy, and corn are very popular food intolerances that most people have trouble with. The symptoms of food intolerance usually take 24 hours to occur... It sounds like this could be a possibility for your pain and cold sweats. I highly advise you avoid glutenous grains...

  • Pain is probably from the nuts. That just makes sense to me, but I'm not a Dr, so what do I know. Insightful video and I'll be sure to take it easy when I get off the fast.

  • Kidney Stone starts with colic spasm pain anterior and posterior. causing severe pain which is the worst when stone is moving when stone stops moving you feel healed until it starts again.

  • My lessons on referred pain are a bit hazy but I'm wondering if it was gallbladder or pancreas. Both pains are excruciating . But I don't remember where they are usually felt.

  • Thanks, people need to know stuff like this, that are on the juice. Coming off the juice seems to be at least a 6 day process. Sorry you had to be in agony like that though. Thanks again.

  • did it feel like you had knife in your stomach? I saw someone elses vlog 6 days after getting off 60 days juice and described it s a knife moving around in their stomach. Now i'm scared lol.... taking your advice I'm going to go fruit and veg for first week off of the fast, and probably try the guac/tortilla unless you find out its the culprit. Thanks for keeping this vlog going.
