@Jerk10054 No, the # means that the note is "sharp", or one half-step higher than the note. "b" means that the note is "flat", or one half-step lower than the note. This might mean that you play a black key, but not necessarily. An F-flat, for example, is just an E. The denotation has to do with the sound or the tone being flat or sharp, not what you play on the piano.

I measure 3 and all measures like it, make sure you divide the syncopation in a way that is easy for the performer to read. The first beat in 3, although it wastes more ink, should be 16th tied to 32nd, 32nd tied to 16th , 16th. That way people can see the subdivisions easily and are able to play it correctly even if they have never heard the theme. Not many of those people left but never hurts to play it safe.
