  • I know them they live in the same area i do

  • andre you're the man. makin me miss the gym hella bad

  • mad skills!whats the music in the background?

  • missy elliot - joy

  • :( I need this in Puerto Rico!!!! Here only exist class for childrens and I'm 24 :( I'm so sad right now.

  • It is NEVER too old to start, people! (Well, maybe if you're 80 and arthritic...) Sure if you have hopes for the Olympics or World Championships you have to start young, but one of my classmates in my adult gymnastics class began at age 40! And he says he's in the best shape of his life at 46--and still getting better! That's one of the best things about gymnastics; there is always something new to learn or get better at, so you can never get bored of it!

  • I'm 27 years old, but I want to learn gymnastics. Am I too old to start?

  • You're not too old to start, especially if you're in decent shape. I'm 26 and just started. After a couple lessons, I'm doing back handsprings. No places in my area had adult programs, but some offered private lessons, so I'm paying $20 for 30 min (plenty at a time). Call gyms in the area, especially ones that offer 'open gym/mat' time. Go for it.

  • woow!!!!!! they arent bad at all!! WORK YOU GUYS OUT!

  • Oh man, I wish this was close to me, I'd go back in a heart beat, for now tho I will just be happy to relive my "glory days" thru my Level 5 daughter :-)

  • whats too old to start gymnastics for the first time? Im 20 and really want to start. Am I too old?

  • I would like to get over my fear of doing a back handspring. I never got over it (was in level 5 12 years ago) and quit because of my fears. I regret that decision but would like to try again. Would this class be too advanced for me?

  • Not at all! You go at your own pace.

  • holy crap that one guy's legs when he's climbing that rope are so unnecessarily far apart.

  • Question: what percentage of gymnysts are seriously injured because it looks like one wrong move on alot of these things and someone lands on their neck, snaps it and is paraylsed for life.

  • Yes, you can get hurt (don't know the percentage) but you can in any sport, even just getting out of bed you could hurt yourself, but thats why you have a good teacher and train carefully and correctly.

  • i love doing those!

  • Wow this looks so fun! I'm inspired, but too tall for gymnastics :'(

  • Wow. So how long did it take these adults to learn these moves?

  • Depends on physical ability and willingness to try. Some already came in with some experience; like i did

  • Great video! My adult gymnastics class is just like yours.
