I always loved Kirchenbauer's bit about how the toilet seat covers in public bathrooms are in the shape of a person's head, and he wonders if there's a guy in a factory somewhere who just spends his days holding up each sheet and punching his head through them. The motion he does to illustrate it always cracked me up.

G'day! The "guy in green" is the comedian Gallagher. Bill Kirchenbauer was a guest on this Gallagher show called "Melon Crazy", where most of props on this show had something to do with watermelons, like the green costume. Gallagher is most known for his "Sledge-o-Matic" routines where he uses a big hammer to squash a lot of items, including watermelons. He might be a bit before your time. I hope this helped.
