The reason why they have those "old-ass gender roles" is obvious. Men and women are not equal. They never have been. They never will be. Roles play to strengths. Men are better leaders. Women are better nurturers.

Women look at the world differently than men do. They place their feelings at top priority than reason or logic, and they demand their validation as though they matter.
