I don't like this type of music, I love Rock. But when I was a kid my brother used to play the Phantom of the Opera cassette tape and honestly, this music brings back so much nostalgia. Hearing it again i appreciate it as much as I used to as a kid. I can honestly listen to this and say I enjoy it, great music.

@msjoejonas18 Right. Skip to 3:43 in Echoes. The melody is a C# minor chord sustained for a dotted whole note, followed by eight notes going down C#, C, B, Bb and then a sustained A. And here, in Phantom of the Opera, it's exactly the same melody except a single semitone higher. D minor for dotted whole note, then D, C#, C, B, Bb. They're both at 120bpm. Literally the only difference apart from the instruments is a single semitone.
