The PS3 is like 4 years old and still gets new kick-ass looking games that work perfectly. What PC can do that with new games without needing expensive upgrades?
Ok, this game has def reminded of GoW and I saw a bit of DMC4 in there, but at 0:57 I thought it was Metroid Prime lol. Storyline looks boss and the game looks great otherwise.

@MaxProd616263 good computers arent as expensive as you think. a computer which costs 500 euros is much better than ps3 and xbox. if u didnt knew it, ps3 has a graphic card, which is comparable with a 7600 GT and only 3,2 GHz processor. my computer cost 800 euros and is 3 times better than xbox or ps3, no joke, as i said even a 500 euro pc is better.

Yes, Xbox had at one moment very bad reputation. But thanks to Microsoft, which is the reason we still play xbox 360, who gave warranty for like 4 years. Every other company would close.
About xbox vs ps. Now that, xbox consoles don't overheat anymore, PS has no chance. Live, Mod ability (flash, case modding), xbox only games last but not least, controller.

The ps3 has a sleek design, runs smoother, has touch sensitive buttons, has an interchangeable PS3 logo for when it's horizontal or vertical, has no disc tray, runs much quieter, and plays normal dvds at a much higher resolution.
Ps3 may be a better console, but a comfortable controller is more usefull then 250 gb of harddrive and blueray, since its made for gaming from the start..
Also ps3 was released a rather long while after xbox, wich gave them more time to develope it..
And the grafics really dont have that much difference, most xbox games are playable in 1080p HD, if u have a TV that supports that..

2 new games are pretty much like god of war: Dante's Inferno and Darksiders. The first's story line is just fuckin awsome and the gameplay is awsome too. for Darksiders, the only good part would be the fact that you play as War, and you have an appropriate moveslist. other than that, it's pretty much like GOW.
@EssexIrons true enough, but Metroid? not so much. I think both these games are alot like GoW because of marketing acuracy, meaning that games that look like famous ones, especially GoW, will sell more.
Dantes inferno looks just like god of war. The only difference is another skin on everything. And that dantes inferno have more attacking combos. when I am watching people play god of war, it is the same two combos everytime.

Similarities? Can you name 1 thing that's in this game that wasn't in the God of War franchise? It's ok to take good gameplay elements from other games, but Dante's Inferno just takes everything from God of War. It's really no surprise people call it a GoW clone...

He just doesnt look as brutal as Kratos. I think its the armour, and a spear is a pretty pansy weapon. Even with the chains it seems Kratos gets more up and personal.

LOL but it's not I have this game and the god of war 3 demo is more intense then the full game of dantes inferno and this game got 7.5's and 8's/10 and all the GoW games got like 9's/10 and GoW 3 is ganna be the final Gow there is no doubt that it will get a 9.5 or higher

just started playing and it's somewhat like a basic god of war game . but i really like the holy ore unholy stuff. it makes it unique. i like trowing around with crouches and be al "the power of christ compells you!!!" good game!!

i keep hearing how this game looks like god of war, im a GoW fanboy. The interface looks like GoW, the movement, cutscenes, enemies, and much more, like omg, the spear even has ALL the same combos as the god of war spear! lol, many things that are the same, but is this abad thng? i thnk not, GoW pwns so much, so if thers a game like it out there chances are its also extremely good :P!

KRATOS just closed all chapters from the hack n slash book. After GOD OF WAR, how are you going to improve it? GOW = epic music, solid story, super original charachter, brutality at its best ... Sorry Dante's Inferno just tries to take on RENNAISSANCE, WHILE GREEK MYTHOLOGIe aka SPARTAN WARS VS GREEK GODS, just isnt beatable by rennaissance's fantasy...

2 new games are pretty much like god of war: Dante's Inferno and Darksiders. The first's story line is just fuckin awsome and the gameplay is awsome too. for Darksiders, the only good part would be the fact that you play as War, and you have an appropriate moveslist. other than that, it's pretty much like GOW.

Dantes inferno looks just like god of war. The only difference is another skin on everything. And that dantes inferno have more attacking combos. when I am watching people play god of war, it is the same two combos everytime.

Similarities? Can you name 1 thing that's in this game that wasn't in the God of War franchise? It's ok to take good gameplay elements from other games, but Dante's Inferno just takes everything from God of War. It's really no surprise people call it a GoW clone...
Still a good game though, definately going to pick this up :).

wow it really does look near identical to god of war, some of the combos are pretty much the same---BUT what all of these gay ps3 fanboys don't seem to acknowledge is THAT ISN'T A BAD THING! so fucking what it's a ripoff, cry about it but don't let your ass bleed on the carpet.
360 needs a god of war too and now we have it, and now i don't have to buy a ps3 just for one game. anything this game can take from god of war will just make it all the more awesome.

He just doesnt look as brutal as Kratos. I think its the armour, and a spear is a pretty pansy weapon. Even with the chains it seems Kratos gets more up and personal.
