Hey ihrmc, me too. I was thinking the whole thing was a hoax. After all, my babies had stools while nursing and never eaten any solids yet. But now that I've had those stringy stinky things come out of me after a hours of feeling kinda sick to my stomache and headache. Believe me, once you experience it, see it and feel the relief, there is no way is that stuff pectin binded with bile. Bile is a really different smell, that anybody who has ever vomited or taken bile supplements will identify.

I thought that those things might be a hoax until I experienced it while just on a water fast.. no supplements or colon cleansing.
