There's a small but loud-mouthed coterie of people who can't stand it when Uncle Jay makes a joke about their own individual Sacred Cow, so whenever he touches upon whatever they're fanatic about, they vote him down in the delusion that they'll reduce his viewership if they come back and give him another one-star rating each day.
I have never found an episode in which I didn't fall out of my chair laughing, this one's no exception. But it seemed to be rather similar to an earlier episode that showed the anti-war protests.
