  • Very interesting thank you. I am considering getting the 4x7.

Do you think if you sequenced some horizontal type pressing movement, followed by punches?

you may be able to take advantage of the temporary higher neural and muscle recruitment.

Just as pistols followed by kicks. Or even the reverse pistols followed by a punch. Or horizontal pull followed by kick. The pistol would help the drive in the punch and the pull would help the torque in the kick.

  • It's a bad idea to mix conditioning and skill practice. It degrades the form of your skill.

  • who cares about form, the laws of nature and strength do not require it, when you see a gorilla pick somthin up it does not use form it simply effortlessly picks it off the ground using sheer power. there is no need for that stuff only in competition. in fact form takes away all the natural power you possibly could have accumulated if you had lifted it raw...but it does decrease injury.

i say go on ahead and beast that shit regardless...what don't kill ya make you stronger.

  • wow, that's ignorant. correct form can increase your power!

  • no, it is not ignorant...and it is not truly required...i am a prodigy my friend, form is like taking the easy way out of things. Beast that shit.

  • I see but your thought about form isn't accurate cos form is for more power and making things easier, not harder.

  • I think you missed my point...Go lift 400 pounds from the ground to your waist using bad form. Bend over and pick that shit up...like a gorilla.

  • haha, damn man you are funny...good point, if u had the strength you could most likely do it, like a gorilla...Form is good, but if one has strength and naturally good strength and technique...but 400 pounds...i could sorta do it dead lifting.

  • @realgood2nite What doesn't kill you makes you stronger? Try catching HIV.

  • @HavocGunStar Whatever, should I survive I will be much more resistant to the virus should I have further contact afterwards, such is the gift of natural selection, if you have the proper genetics you can have resistance to practically anything.

  • GREAT!!!

  • Awesome!
