When you have Window's Movie Maker u need to import the videos and it'll pretty much split up the video. On the bottom there will be either a storyboard or timeline. Drag the clips onto it, and you can use the split video button underneath the preview screen to cut the video. Also u can use video transitions to make it look better and use video effects to make it look different. For songs just drag it to the bottom of the timeline. PM me if u have any more questions.
