andrew garfield, if you look at the original spiderman in comics and old tv shows, fits spiderman way better than tobey maguire ever did and ever could. it makes me sad to think about how living through 3 block-buster spiderman movies with tobey as the lead, though no hate on him, makespeople so close-minded when presented with the idea of a spiderman thats truer to the original.

So I understand obviously Tobey cant play him always, as hes gotten older, and need 2 keep Spiderman at that age of bieng a teenager, thats the essence of his particular superhero character. But this reboot is a Insult, cus Its just 4getting, and wiping away everything that was previously done with the 2 movies. And Spiderman 1+2 were really very gud, the story, characters were solid, u cared 4 parker, he was nerdy, u cared that he juggled his aunt, job and bieng Spiderman, it was awesome.

I cried wen his uncle, died, that he stormed off, it was one of those horrible circumstances of life, and that appeals alot 2 how real life is. Thats y 4 me the movie is so awesome. 2 now c that all that is just 4gotton, like it was never done is bad. So now Im like, wot? r they just gonna re-do all that the same??

I saw the social network and this kid is damn fine actor. Have you seen the official trailer that came out today? HE LOOKS JUST LIKE PETER PARKER!! As a fan of the comic Amazing Spider-Man for about the last 20yrs., (and I also dug Ultimate Spider-Man,) I'm going to give this kid a chance. He has the look. And plus, ANY new Spider-Man movie has got to be better than that load of crap Spider-Man 3. Not even Toby could save that one!!!!!!!!!
