dreamcast games were class!!!!! all the games were so creative and quite different than the next. nowadays, all games seem to be very similiar. i have all the new consoles and love some of the new games, but im sorry dreamcast is still my favorite console to this day! im playing mass effect 2 and tatsunoko vs capcom right now and still find myself playing dreamcast games inbetween. its an on going love affair as far as im concerned!!!

Sega will never be a console for a long time, they are actually making more money has a 3rd party now, making games for Nintendo, Playstation, and Xbox. just download the emulator of the old sega and play it on your computer

don't get me wrong, i love sega, i had sega genesis, sega saturn, game gear(still have it) and i'm still playing with the dreamcast. sega is a great company, but they don't care about quality anymore, they just want to make money, i wonder how much nintendo is paying sega for sonic, there is alot of title of sega that always will stay in ours heart.

@MrInsanity25 on point 2) I remember playing an old PS1 game which frustrated me so much I hit the console and the game said "F you" by starting over from the beginning. After it happened the third time I was so mad (young and dumb) that I eventually found a way to break the disc into pieces. I regret it to this day, because even though the game cheated, it was a lot of fun.

@MrInsanity25 Ha, you had to be real mad to break one of those thick N64 cartridges (When I was little I'd pretend they were chairs and repeatedly hit my wrestler toys over the head with 'em; it made a cool sound). Can you believe those games used to cost around $70 a pop?

@JeReL19 I'm only 14 so I didn't know they cost that much. They cost me 10-20 bucks on amazon and the n64 itself was 20. I am a retro gamer :P. Nintendo went down to 50 and the newborns (Sony and Microsoft) go for 60.

When Sega does 'urban' it feels so right as they do it with cool and style (and have done since the Megadrive), back it up with an energetic, slick game and always keep it tasteful. The console manufacturers now (even Nintendo) forget to keep it tasteful beacuse they don't have BOTH effortless cool and fun in their blood like Sega. Sega were at the top of the game then- they were game masters but not enough people saw it.
