A person at my school was talking about this song and how great evanescence is. I asked him about it and he said it was a song about meth with music based on lacrimosa. I didn't believe him, yet here it is, the rape of music is playing out in front of my eyes. I hate evanescence. I hate music today. I hate the way it has had its standards lowered so much. Who cares about the music anymore? The bands playing today care only about what the music brings to them, not what it means. It's sickening.

in my opinion, i think it's about how some characters in movies, anime, and cartoons, live in darkness and they need to be saved by friends and family that love them for who they are. this song was written for the chronicles of naria, the lion, the witch, and the wardrobe, but disney never put it in. look it up on google.

Wow, this is such a great vid.
