That's because the LPBT didn't have a sponsor that was willing to pay a bigger prize for a perfecto on the TV show. The bowling center management was gracious enough to pay that kind of money if a perfect game was tossed. I feel badly for Michelle Feldman as she became the first woman to roll a perfect game on tv and get nothing for it except notariety.
