The 1080p version looks great. Too bad most of the stuff on Youtube for this camera is low quality because there is such a huge difference in encoding and Youtube itself these days.

You need a 42mm fisheye (which is quite uncommon) or an adapter, though. But you can get the adapter off eBay for very cheap. This is where I got mine. I'd recommend a 42mm to 37mm adapter, as 37mm is the most common.

I don't know. I uploaded the video file just as it came out of the camera. It's the raw .tod file without any kind of editing/adjusting.
YouTube did the rest.
