This video, along with "Sexy Sugababes reveal their karaoke favorites" were originally one video which ITN has edited into two parts to prevent you, the fans, from seeing the truth of a rather ugly moment that occured between Keisha and Amelle. In light of the backlash from the split, they don't want you to see any evidence that perhaps Keisha was in fact not maintaining the best relationship with the other girls. It's biased reporting.

The "shine" that you referred to is probably a lotion or oil she applied to her legs before the interview to eliminate the possibility of ashiness.
