  • i was about ten feet behind this and to the right! he and Guthrie Govan were just astonishing! dave k and humphries were good but didn't leave as big an impression as paul and Yngwie!! who just came on, went bonkers, and left! spirit!

  • Paul Gilbert is just amazing Bottom line him and Guthrie were probably the finest in the line up that day at the show:D

  • immortalsoloist, I have to agree with you there. Dave Kilminster and Jamie Humphries just can't compare to them. However, old Yngwie Malmsteem wasn't too bad either. He was funny though with 10 odd Marshall stacks behind him to look cool but only 1 was actually on!

  • LOL hahah yea that is darn funny 10 put together while one is on!!!Yea man comparison is really silly and stuff its just about good music.

  • anybody that likes this performance, check my friend from Puerto Rico playing one of Gilberts composition; the video is called Juani plays Gilbert...Awesome performance...

  • i think i was right next to you lol - great show huh?

  • Really? Cool! Yeah, I really enjoyed Paul Gilbert's set. He was brilliant! The strange thing I find is that when I tried his signature guitar model at the Ibanez stand it didn't impress me all that much. I guess its all in the fingers. I will upload more of Paul Gilbert's song once I have done the necessary video conversions.
